Why we want to do this
We want to work with others to promote the South West as burning hotbed of fresh, local and desirable food.
Truffles to Trumpets, Puffballs to Pink Oysters, we want the world to know that the greatest of gourmet mushrooms are growing here - and that our chefs know how to use them.
There has never been a better time for the discerning diner, from near or far, to delve deeper into the delicious world of wild mushrooms - the food scene is very much here and we hope that you will join us in playing it out, tongues a-tingling. We are taking unwanted materials from local Joiners, Farmers, Thatchers and Tree Surgeons and turning the unnecessary into the edible - making use of nature's bounty and giving life once more to matter thought spent.
Ever expanding, we hope to meet forward thinking land owners - on land which we are given foraging rights we will provide a basket of fresh mushrooms for each successful forage AND will also notify the landowner of any trees that have been infected with parasitical fungi (helping to prevent potential nasty accidents in the future). Contact us if this applies to you.

what we grow and
We grow things, we find things and there's other things which are just plain odd - have a look through our gallery to see the mushrooms we can provide - and the plain mad ones that we just like to talk about.
